Its 55+ duplex in Maple Highlands has the right size for a senior couple and allows all basic living activities to take place on the ground floor. We would like to thank our sales manager Amie Walters for her outstanding professional assistance, which made our decision an easy one. She was really a pleasure to work with. She guided us extreme patiently during the buying process from the selection of lot site and interior options to the construction of our new home. We were also grateful to our construction manager Tayler Stiles for his patience and profession in answering our questions during our pre-construction meeting. It is indeed a fun to watch pictures of the construction progress via PhtoCircle that he sent to us each week. Thank you, Amie and Tayler, for all your help. However, the moment we walked in the model, it felt nothing like we had in our minds. The duplex unit feels like a home with just the right square footage to accommodate our goal of right sizing. Amie Walters is the Senior Sales and Marketing Representative. She has been great. Amie’s warm, inviting personality has made this journey towards a new lifestyle that much more exciting. She has been a pleasure to work with making sure we had everything needed to come to a purchase decision. We recently had our pre-construction meeting with the construction manager, Tayler Stiles, and Amie. Tayler is a breath of fresh air in this role compared to other construction managers we’ve worked with under other builders. He is professional, accountable, dependable and considerate. It is evident that he wants our experience to be as flawless as possible. During the meeting several issues/questions arose, but both Tayler and Amie worked well as a team to follow up and address our needs. We are more than pleased with our experience thus far. Thank you Amie and Tayler. Others on the team are not named here specifically but it is evident that customer care is a priority to all.
