Its 55+ duplex in Maple Highlands has the right size for a senior couple and allows all basic living activities to take place on the ground floor. We would like to thank our sales manager Amie Walters for her outstanding professional assistance, which made our decision an easy one. She was really a pleasure to work with. She guided us extreme patiently during the buying process from the selection of lot site and interior options to the construction of our new home. We were also grateful to our construction manager Tayler Stiles for his patience and profession in answering our questions during our pre-construction meeting. It is indeed a fun to watch pictures of the construction progress via PhtoCircle that he sent to us each week. Thank you, Amie and Tayler, for all your help. After looking at lots of houses in the area for a few months, as soon as we first stepped into the model house, we knew this was the place and home we wanted. It is the right size for us since we wanted to downsize, but not really 😉. We found the floor plan to be so convenient and so beautiful, that we came back the same day and bought our house!! Now that we are in our new home, we couldn’t be any happier. Even as we are the middle of hundreds of boxes and getting organized as we just moved in, we feel excited about our life in this new community. On top of everything, the NVR Home team is outstanding. They have been so helpful and have made the whole process to buy and move easy to navigate. Thank you Amie, Michael, and Tayler! 😁 We have also met several of our neighbors and future neighbors who will be moving soon at a couple of get togethers organized by NVR Homes.
