- MYMike YangJan 30, 20261.0I moved to a 2 bedroom apartment last year at $1625 per month, and we all know home prices and rentals dropped, so they lowered their 2 bedroom apartment to $1525 right now, but they increased my new lease rentals to $1695 per month, I suggested to move into their $1525 apartment but they said no, so the same 2 bedroom, same square footage apartment prices are different for new customers and existing customers, that’s their policy, so if you want to stay longer, be careful about this place.

We were sold an apartment based on in-unit laundry that wasn’t present when we arrived, the laundry room we were assigned is constantly out-of-order, and THERE WERE HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING IN THE LOBBY FOR MONTHS! Management is totally incompetent and made us call the police leading to tension between our unit and the vagrants. I found the drier broken after washing my clothes, and for these damaged clothes I asked for a small compensation (15$) on my laundry card for these issues and they denied me, you’re better off going with a different apartment complex that might actually listen to your concerns.

The apartments are clean and well maintained even though they are not new. The grounds are well kept. Everything is in good working order. I haven't seen a bug or spider.
