I was a not really looking for a 55+ community but the Ryan Home Villas at Bloomfields has so much to offer. The Villas have excellent floor plans and wonderful options available. The community has great amenities and the HOA fee covers a lot more than other communities offer. I was met by Lara who did a wonderful job explaining everything the community offers and answered all my questions regarding options and what the HOA covers. I highly recommend you take a look at the Villas at Bloomfields and ask for Lara. She is a fantastic representative for Ryan Homes and will certainly make you feel welcome with her warm smile as she welcomes you in.
