  We had been considering a move to a 55+ community for quite some time. Having visited the Bloomfields community on several occasions, one afternoon I stopped in and was greeted warmly by Amie Walters the Sales Representative. Amie was courteous, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the community and all that Bloomfields had to offer. I shared with her what we were looking for and felt very encouraged to bring my wife back to tour the Models and discuss options. Upon returning with Debby, she and Debby hit it off immediately and it was clear to us that we had found our next adventure. We had many questions and Amie made the process very easy for us. We felt extremely comfortable moving forward with purchasing a home in Bloomfields. Amie has been with us from the start, always welcoming us every time we visit. She is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to NVHomes. We are visiting the Design Showroom next week and are looking forward to designing our new home. We are so excited for the construction of our home to start and know that we will love all that Bloomfields will have to offer. Thank you NVHomes!! Five plus, plus stars!! Duke and Debby Hoffman

  Stopped in to see a single family home with a bedroom on main level, and I fell in love with the model home and the clubhouse. And the sales person, David Katzker, was a pleasant surprise. He has decades of experience working for the builder, and made all the difference in my decision to sign a purchase agreement. He is an true professional in his craft, and I recommend working with him if you have any interest in this community. The qualiy of construction seems to be outstanding. I am no expert but it looks luxurious, and the reviews are good of NVR and Natelli. It should be a fun journey ahead.

  We delayed in writing a review until further along in the process. Not that there was anything wrong…but just to make sure the review was accurate and helped others. We did not intend to buy a house in December, but walking in to the model was amazing. My husband does not like sales people especially car and furniture sales, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when he met Amie. Well, they hit it off right away and within a few minutes were cutting up and joking around. She explained the sales process to us and a few hours later we walked out with a purchase agreement. Throughout the process she kept us informed of all the steps and what to expect. Which leads us to yesterdays pre-construction meeting. We met with Amie and Dalton, our project manager. He walked us through the build process and confirmed all of our selections and even surprised us with a schedule that shows completion earlier than expected. He answered all our questions and told us he was available to us whenever we needed him during construction. I was extremely pleased when I learned not only does the city perform inspections of the new builds, but that NV uses a third party company to inspect prior to move in. We talked to a few random current residents we saw outside and they all expressed how pleased they were with the quality of homes and sales and construction. So to Amie and Dalton and their team… 5 stars!

  It’s been a pleasure to work with David, he explains everything. He is very knowledgeable and answers all our questions. Looking forward to living in the Bloomfield community.

  Just closed on our retirement house built by NVHomes earlier this month. This is not the first house that we bought from NVHomes , so you know that we already have confidence in this builder. From start to finish, this project was always on schedule. Jackie, our sales representative was great throughout the process. But what surprised me was the project manager this time around. Let me tell you, on my last NVHomes project our manager Charlie was one of the very best manager you can get, not only was he very helpful throughout the project, he even come personally and fixed a couple of construvction problems that we missed over one year after we moved in. I was that was unbeatable. This time around we have Andrew as our project manager and we were so impressed with him on our first meeting already. He is young smart and know what he is doing . Knowing what you are doing and actually doing it and being good at it , is 2 different things. Andrew possess both this abilities and his communication skill is brilliant. That make him perform his job smoothly. He is such an important bridge between the home buyer and every other parties involved. I can go on and on about his impressive work. To sum it , the most important part of this excellent purchase experience was having what we wanted on paper when we talk to Jackie our sales rep to the wonderfully executed project by Andrew. NVHomes did not disappointed us and I think and we are happy to choose their product again, personally we think that Andrew, the project manager should be the MVP of this project.
