  This has been the most pleasant living experience! Beautiful modern amenities, routine cleaning each week in every building and common area, well maintained pool, gym, clubhouse area. Very fun to host friends with the clubhouse’s layout. There is so much to entertain! Many spaces to study, cook, watch TV, play a board game or pool. The surrounding neighborhoods are quiet and the complex is close to various shopping options and downtown without all the hustle and bustle. The natural light is great in my building and there have been 0 problems with any appliances! Every month there are social events to become more familiar with neighbors and the staff really do a wonderful job, from food to decorations and cleanup! Only caution I have is the contracted tow company— if you are having visitors for even 5 minutes after 9PM they will likely be towed by AllyCat— and their demeanor is unpleasant and aggressive. Park in the streets even if there is an open spot in the event guest parking is full— weekends especially!

  Great place to live! Very nice apartments, friendly community with great amenities. We moved here in November and love it here!! Justin is super helpful and made the move in process a breeze. Management hosts community events every month that are awesome. Highly recommend Upper East Apartments!

  I’ve been blown away with this apartment community. The leasing office staff is very professional, shout out to Claire, Marla and Justin, as well as the manager Alaina. They are enthusiastic, helpful and kind. I’ve met some residents and they are friendly and respectful. The construction is superior to other apartments I’ve lived in and apartments are better insulated, which helps with noise levels inside the unit. There are many amenities to keep you entertained outside the apartment, which is a huge bonus for me.
