  Would definitely recommend, if you have all your ducks lined up to get in! Jessica was an absolute sweetheart, and explained everything in a very understandable manner. We set up a tour for Thursday, and we’re moved in by Tuesday(awesome!!!!) The management team was very friendly, no matter who I spoke to, and they were very willing to help. In Frederick, i find that other places, will judge you off of your appearance, and ultimately make it harder to get in, but not here! Again would definitely recommend, but make sure you have everything lined up beforehand. You’re also required to have your account numbers for gas and electric before they give you the keys, which makes sense. however, you will not be able to set up an account online, you would have to call and wait hours to get it set up, unfortunately. The kitchen is freshly renovated too and has granite countertops, which is really nice, but the bathrooms are a little dated ngl.

  Update: NEVER have I been disrespected in such a way that I felt the need to leave a review. To any Active Duty members like myself that are stationed at Fort Detrick looking to live off-post, DO NOT live here. They will take your money and then tell you that your time is of no importance. Where to begin with the amount of baffoonery I have experienced. It started with incompetence with 7 pre-approvals for 3 different units. My family was forced to inspect and move in to our unit same day after multiple delays. Our residency was only 7 months due to military orders. During that time, the window on my car was smashed on 2 separate occasions. I was informed that the parking lot is NOT under surveillance after I had filed the police reports. After the move-out I was mailed a letter stating that I will not be getting my security deposit back for stains on the under-side of the carpet. The property manager was unable to provide documentation to verify the stains did not exist prior to my move in. I was then told that I should have marked it on the move-in sheet. It took weeks to resolve the issue, resulting in the complex finally providing documentation that the carpets were over SEVEN YEARS OLD. Tenants should not be taken advantage of like this. This place is unprofessional, will try and rob you and not worth your time.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. A burst pipe in the unit above mine impacted my kitchen, making it completely unusable for nearly a week. The management offered no real support or resolution—just vague communication and an empty unit that lacked even basic necessities. I was left with a kitchen I couldn’t use, excessive heat, noise, and increased energy use from industrial equipment placed in my kitchen, all while being ignored by the property manager. Completely unacceptable response to a serious issue that wasn’t my fault.

  I really enjoyed my tour with Courtney last week she was very helpful and informative thank you once a 1st floor 3 bedroom shows up I will be back to view it.
