The management offered no real support or resolution—just vague communication and an empty unit that lacked even basic necessities. I was left with a kitchen I couldn’t use, excessive heat, noise, and increased energy use from industrial equipment placed in my kitchen, all while being ignored by the property manager. Completely unacceptable response to a serious issue that wasn’t my fault.
