I am pleased with the community so far. I have been here a little over 2 months. It is quiet at night. Neighbors are friendly. The apartments are clean and well maintained even though they are not new. The grounds are well kept. Everything is in good working order. I haven't seen a bug or spider.

The front office team was really lovely to interact with. Mrs. Leonna was especially wonderful, always so helpful with the paperwork and guiding us through all the apartments.

I moved here from across the country and therefore was unable to tour the complex in person. I worked with the leasing office and got videos sent for a “virtual tour”, everything looked great. However, I arrived and moved in June and almost immediately had issues. The door to my building has been broken for a total of 6 months and I’ve submitted a work order, emailed the property manager, and stopped by the leasing office in person where I was told by Brian “I can send an email to the property manager but that’s the best I can do”, after very calmly explaining the situation and that I live here alone, and feel unsafe. Although I didn’t expect him to personally produce and fix the lock in that moment, some empathy and acknowledgement would’ve been nice… still haven’t heard a word from the manager from my original email or after speaking with Brian, nor has the door been fixed. Mind you, I confirmed before signing my lease that the building was secured. There have been incidents with neighbors as well in the building, one morning I heard and saw someone stampede chasing someone down the hall screaming at them.
The icing on the cake was today when after being in an accident and totaling my car i was told that I can’t get a parking pass for my rental that I will have for the next 6 weeks and I must park on the Main Street (key parkway) and just walk to/from my car in the dark when I get home late from work. I would not recommend this complex.

Awful place to live at. There was a bug infestation in our building and they made us leave our apartment 6 times, we couldn’t go in during the day and they didn’t even fix the issue, we have also repeatedly put complaints because of our extremely loud neighbors and they have yet to do anything, and then they have the nerve to charge fake fees without proper notice and send threats of eviction if not paid.
If you can stay away from this place you should, it’s a living hell in here

My partner and I moved in just two months ago, and unfortunately, our experience so far has been overwhelmingly negative. We're already seriously considering terminating our lease early—despite the steep penalty—simply to escape the ongoing issues.
For the price we pay each month, we expected a far better living environment. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin, making it easy to hear every movement from our neighbors at all hours. We've submitted multiple video recordings documenting the excessive noise from our upstairs neighbors, including loud footsteps and children running late into the night. The only time our apartment is truly quiet is when they're not home. Despite our complaints and the clear evidence, there has been little to no improvement, and we don’t see the situation getting any better.
In addition, our next-door neighbors have children who frequently bang on the walls, and we’ve had to file several noise complaints due to them playing loud music until as late as 4 a.m. Throughout the complex, unsupervised children run and scream in common areas, including the hallways. We’ve even had to ask them ourselves to quiet down—something that should be handled by their guardians.
The leasing office staff has been friendly in our interactions. However, that alone doesn’t make up for the overall poor quality of life here.
We are willing to update or remove this review if things change, but at this point, that outcome seems very unlikely.
