My wife and I just finished our preconstruction meeting and have to commend the whole Westridge team on their attention to detail and outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing experience. Katie was our sales rep, and she has been excellent to work with from start to finish answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable when making such a large decision. We then met Lena, our mortgage expert. She made the most daunting part of a new home purchase feel smooth and seamless. Lastly, we met Chris, our project manager at the Preconstruction meeting. He was organized, very knowledgeable and made a first-time homebuyer feel confident in the quality of home we will receive. His communication since the start of construction has been top notch! Posting picture and emailing us updates as he finishes the different phases of construction. We can’t wait to move into our new home next year!
