We didn’t know what to expect, but once we walked through the model and saw all the need and want list was met in this beautiful villa. The amenities are far exceeding my expectations with pool, 2 club houses, gym, various sports courts, walking paths, gardening area, play grounds for grand kids and community gathering areas. Another big draw is all landscaping and snow removal is taken care of for us. We are so looking forward to hoping the Bloomfield’s community.

We're happy with the Villa options that we made and look forward to feeling part of a nicely planned +55 community. Senior Sales Rep, Wai-Ling Wang, was instrumental in our decision to buy. She was personable, patient, and professional and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We appreciated her custom video to us following an initial inquiry. An added touch that made us feel welcomed even if we decided not to buy. Asif Khattak, our construction Project Manager reached out to us with a phone call to introduce himself. He let us know that he's available for our questions from now thru the entire build process. We did have some initial questions which he promptly responded to and in great detail. Again making us feel like we made the right decision in purchasing our Villa at Bloomfields. Ing
