  Just closed on our retirement house built by NVHomes earlier this month. This is not the first house that we bought from NVHomes , so you know that we already have confidence in this builder. From start to finish, this project was always on schedule. Jackie, our sales representative was great throughout the process. But what surprised me was the project manager this time around. Let me tell you, on my last NVHomes project our manager Charlie was one of the very best manager you can get, not only was he very helpful throughout the project, he even come personally and fixed a couple of construvction problems that we missed over one year after we moved in. I was that was unbeatable. This time around we have Andrew as our project manager and we were so impressed with him on our first meeting already. He is young smart and know what he is doing . Knowing what you are doing and actually doing it and being good at it , is 2 different things. Andrew possess both this abilities and his communication skill is brilliant. That make him perform his job smoothly. He is such an important bridge between the home buyer and every other parties involved. I can go on and on about his impressive work. To sum it , the most important part of this excellent purchase experience was having what we wanted on paper when we talk to Jackie our sales rep to the wonderfully executed project by Andrew. NVHomes did not disappointed us and I think and we are happy to choose their product again, personally we think that Andrew, the project manager should be the MVP of this project.

  All I can say is WOW. It's not our first rodeo with builders, and these guys, specifically Chris & Andrew have been head and shoulder ABOVE IMPRESSIVE. The time line they gave sounded impossible, but the home is on schedule (if nor slightly ahead). We did an off the cuff walk through today and the work is detailed and accurate. Their attention to detail is much appreciated, as is their clear and frequent communications. They broke ground late October and the house is fully framed, roof on, sided, completely sheet rocked and cabinets are in.

  As a soon to be a first time grandmother, I was searching for a new home to be closer to my daughter. While not necessarily looking for an over 55+ community I found NV homes at Bloomfields. As soon as I walked into the Model home we were greeted warmly by Amie Walters. There was an instant connection. She was just so friendly and welcoming and took her time to let us look around by ourselves. She answered some questions and then more questions and a few more. She had all the answers. She drove me around and showed me the lot I had selected, a home with the same elevation and the color pallet I would be getting if I purchased the home I was interest in. That was 4 days ago and 2 day later I signed a contract. Bloomfields has everything and more for the 55+ community. The homes offer high quality features and the community amenities are outstanding, but most of all Amie heard me. She gave me great advice and information that I never even thought about. She is the best and a wonderful person to represent NV homes. She was partly the reason why I purchased at Bloomfields.

  From beginning to closing NV Homes made this new home purchase easy and enjoyable. After 31 years in our old home buying a new one was a little daunting. The process was easier than expected. Our house supervisor was one of the best parts of buying. He was responsive and resolved any concerns and problems immediately. We moved from out of the area and the pictures he sent to update the building progress kept us looking forward to the moving into the new house.

  Last year we started our downsizing journey with an internet search that led us to Bloomfields. It felt and looked good. Still hesitant to move away from the Annapolis area, we’ve spent the past year searching, only to end up back where we started in Bloomfields. Each member of the sales team was always polite, knowledgeable, informative and professional. By the time we felt ready to move forward, we met Sales Manager Amie Walters. Amie has been an absolutely tremendous help and a pleasure in navigating us through many of our decisions. She took the time to hear our apprehensions and eased our nerves along the way. Amie made this new adventure of becoming a part of the Bloomfield community welcoming and exciting. Today we had our pre-construction meeting with project manager John Kolp. Just like everyone else at NV homes, John was patient, personable, and professional. He took the time to answer our many questions. He gave us details and an outline of the building process for our new home. He gave us peace of mind and assurance of his accessibility during the construction period. This is a big move for us and we are happy and excited that NVHomes is helping us move comfortably into the next phase of lives.
