The leasing office is always available, even when needing a callback is never more than 15min turn around time. With an easily accessible portal from paying rent to needing service in the unit. The maintenance team is phenomenal, they are out within a hour and walk you thru the issue and guarantee any issue to be resolved in a timely manner. The units are very spacious and up to date, but i cannot stress enough how affordable they are. Def worth the price in the best area of Frederick!

I pray she never goes nowhere. She gets her job done anything that needs to be fixed any questions that needs to be asked anything that needs to be done in regards of my apartment she gets it done. And I appreciate her so much and I hope and pray all other residents appreciate her the way I do Erica Thank you so much 👌👌👌

Ms Brown definitely meets all of the requirements here, she goes above and beyond for her tenants she is the main reason I’ve chosen to stay as long as I have I highly doubt I’ll come across another like her and I truly appreciate everything she has done and continues to do. If I could give 100 stars I absolutely would do so!! So thank you Erika for doing way more than just “your job”!
