  I had the pleasure of having Bryce as my maintenance technician and he was GREAT. From the late night emergency maintenance call about a ceiling leak, to him actually getting it done. He made sure to contact me every step, to keep me atop of what was going on and kept his every word. Thanks Bryce, you were wonderful.

  I want to send a big thank you to John for going above and beyond in helping me to hang my curtain rod in the living room. He was very respectful, courteous and kind. I truly appreciate you, John for all your help.

  I moved in on December 16 and my experience so far has been nothing but troubles, I was first handed a unit that was very, dirty, and incomplete. I can’t say the property manager made up for once I brought her the evidence videos and pictures and she was very disgusted and was very apologetic. She had cleaners come immediately to clean my unit, but that’s when things started to take a term for the worse a contractor into my unit and proceeded to steal my electronics. The contractor also went through all of my personal belongings and stole all my daughter things. When I first found out about the situation, the contractor was coming in and literally my things was in my apartment and he did say it was a miscommunication. He normally works on vacant apartment and maintenance. Did not tell him that that apartment was not vacant so he thought everything was trash. OK that’s understandable but when I left my home, I had all of my items there. I came back two hours later and the contractors stole everything including my microwave, my laptop, my iPad, my notebook, my digital professional camera, my digital film, my Beats by Dre speaker, my mini portable speaker. The property manager was contacted and police was contacted immediately she didn’t retrieve some of my items which was my microwave my iPad, my digital camera and my notebook. My digital film is still gone. My laptop is still gone. My beats by Drake speaker is gone. My mini speaker is gone and a book bag that have very sentimental items in it, including my grandmother ashes and pictures of me and her. This has led me to now file a police report and find a way out of my lease. I have not even been in this place for a week yet my key to my door get stuck every single day the door looks like it’s been kicked in by the police, so it does not shut all the way. I still give it a three based off the urgency of the property manager herself I’m really grateful for her because she seems to really be putting an effort into making sure I get all of my items back. This has caused me to now. Press charges on the contractor, but the experience itself has been nothing but troubles. If I can’t get out my lease, I hope this experience for 12 months won’t be as bad as the first few days of me moving in the Rental Office has been nothing but kind and very helpful throughout this experience so far. Without the contractor stealing my things, the property really would have got a four from me. But this issue caused me to go down on my ratings. The urgency that they are showing me still gives me hope for the community.

  I HAVE NO IDEA WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE OR HOW THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS ANYWHERE NEAR EVEN A 1 STAR RATING! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD! I have been looking into moving here however as of today my friend lives in building 3249 SHE HAS NO HEAT, HER BATHROOM HAS MOLD AND THE CIELING FELL IN THE BATHROOM. THE BATHROOM HAS AN ENTIRE WHOLE IN THE CEILING THE ENTIRE BUILDING 3249 HAS BEEN WITHOUT HEAT FOR OVER AN ENTIRE MONTH HER LAST TICKET TO MAINTENCE WAS SEPT 27TH! THEY LIE AND SAY THAT WORK ORDERS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED WHEN THEY HAVE NOT! THEY HAVE ONLY PROVIDED RESIDENTS WITH ONE SMALL HEATER. Joseline (who works in the leasing office) is very incompetent!!! These living conditions are unacceptable!!! And we will be seeking legal action!

  Good Afternoon and Happy Holidays I would like to leave a pleasant review For Ms Joselin for all of the hard work and dedication she showed us. She never turned down any questions And never had any issues slowing us multiple units on the property. Not to mention the temperature is very low with snow on the ground And joselin was dressed in office attire. While I was concerned with her safety She was concerned with us being pleased with the property. We wanna give a big THANKYOU to Joselin And we wish you a Merry Christmas.
