I have been waiting on a refund for the holding fee for over 2 months! $200. I’ve called and emailed numerous times and I’m getting no where. I even called eagle rock Towson where they said it should have been just put back on my card but the local office is giving me the run around saying I should have gotten a “live check”. I am furious and I would caution anyone putting down a holding fee at Eagle Rock.

Ms. El and Melissa are very professional and they work hard to make sure your transition to your new home is comfortable. The maintenance crew are quick to answer your request. Mr. Stan fixed my small issues expeditiously. The area is clean, quiet and cozy. I really like the square footage in my apartment. I am home and I love it!!!!! These are apartments are a well hidden gem. Being not to far from the interstate is a plus.
So far so good i have been here for two months so far and i love it here.I moved into to one of the newly renovated apartments. The leasing staff have been nothing but nice and Melissa checks in with me, which i so appreciate. They communicate regularly via email any updates or events happening. The community is quiet and peaceful.
Office called their towing company and had loads of resident cars towed in the middle of the night. People couldn’t leave for work, take kids to school, and etc. The office, El and Melissa, have confirmed to multiple residents about ability to park in certain spots. Even going so far as to telling people to park in empty handicap spots when every spot was full, as certain residents had moved out. They make promises then say well you don’t have it in writing. They left multiple handicap signs up for months after residents moved out, then used those same signs as cause to tow people who live here and can’t find parking. Corporate Landlord’s paradise, two talking office, screwing residents for a few quick bucks any way they can. You have to pay $25 a month for parking and they don’t even have enough spots for the residents who live here, let alone if someone visits. Trash fees are ridiculously high and they only have 1 recycling bin per street. Then they had them drop the bins into parking spaces, can’t make this up! The office is beyond unapologetic, they’re rude. Just sad I renewed my lease at this point! Not worth the insane price it cost to rent. Most apartments have half done renovations. If your light fixture goes out, don’t worry they’ll just replace it with a cheaper model. For the amount of money it costs to live here it’s a constant headache! When people broke into cars last year they did nothing to make anybody feel safer, but they’ll do what they can the squeeze you for a few extra bucks when times are tough! Class.
I am not being refunded my security deposit its been more than 3 months now. Despite the fact that I cleaned the whole apartment even the store that was dirty when I came in, there was no obligation on our part. Local office said that it was good from their side and I was supposed to get a refund in 45 days. They said that their head office will do that but there is no sign or info from them and nobody responds to emails.
Saying that the maintenance people are very helpful, the local management @ Forest Hill is polite and helpful too, but the buildings are old and you will have problems now and then.
