- MAMelvin ArguetaJan 12, 20261.0Had to go to court two times due to them being irresponsible and losing two money orders of payment of my rent supposedly I was granted a month of rent credit but following up with them they stated that I never got a credit and that I was never behind on my rent always make sure to keep copy’s of your rent payments you never know what they can bring up on you I feel like I was taken advantage of and treated like a fool they do not care they came to repaint the bathtub and didn’t tell us how harmful the toxic fumes are and we have two little babies in the house I notified them and they did not care at all till this day I never Got a answer back from them I had to stay at a hotel paid out of pocket for two days other than that some of the maintenance crew are good people but the representatives and everyone else needs to be watched friendly people in area and quiet.
