  I have a friend who lives at these townhouses and is currently homebound because of a lack of snow and ice removal. The snow and ice has been stopped and at 5pm the next day still not a sidewalk shoveled or salted. Another community across the parking lot had plowed one lane through the road or it would even be accessible. This is unacceptable!!

  Maintenance is trash they barely fix anything, we have laundry keys but yet we still have to wait for someone to unlock the doors meanwhile they haven’t been unlocked in 3 days , they was redoing the house ….there not done

  Just moved from these townhomes. Townhomes are run down disgusting quality prior to move in. Dealt with a horrendous mice infestation. Maintenance just came routinely and planted new traps every week but did nothing else. Killed over 30 mice in the span of two months. Reported mold growing in all my air vents, nothing was done about it. I had to throw so much furniture away due to the mouse infestation. Maintenance installed a new fridge and stove hoping to help the mice problem, mice infested both new appliances. I had holes in my stairways and in every room of the house. Only good staff member is Mr. Charles.
