Shortly after I entered my apartment, I heard what sounded like gunshots and when I looked out the window, one of the young ladies was holding a huge knife. The following morning, I discovered that a neighbor’s vehicle had been vandalized—door handles were removed, the car was marked up, and the tires were damaged. The next day, I observed damage to two neighbors’ windows, suggesting an attempted break-in. Police were present and actively investigating when I left for work. Upon returning home later that day, law enforcement was still on-site due to another incident involving forced entry into a neighbor’s apartment. The door was visibly damaged, with the knob completely removed. Despite these serious events, there has been no communication from the leasing office to residents regarding safety measures, repairs, or next steps. Additionally, the broken windows remain uncovered, and pest issues persist—further compromising the health and safety of tenants. This environment has become increasingly distressing, and I am deeply concerned for my well-being and that of my neighbors. I respectfully request immediate attention to these matters, including property repairs, increased security measures, and clear communication with residents. If no action is taken, I will be seeking legal counsel to ensure that tenant rights and safety standards are upheld.
