  Clean and well maintained building. I spoke with a lady named eve in the leasing office, she was very friendly, accommodating and answered every question I had. They host lots of resident activities which would be perfect for my mother! Tons of amenities, gym, indoor pool, theater, and even a salon. This place is definitely worth checking out for anyone looking for a 55+ community!!

  Alta at Regency Crest is the best senior living community in Ellicott City. The management team and maintenance staff are 10+. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their tenants. The amenities are abundantly more than other senior apartments. Many of my neighbors have lived here almost since it was built. Truly this is a place you can call home.
