The community itself is thoughtfully designed, with a location that feels tucked away while still being incredibly convenient to everything in the area. What stood out throughout the buying process was the professionalism, communication, and overall experience with the NVHome team. Buying a new construction home has a lot of moving parts and the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and patient every step of the way. They took the time to answer questions, walk through details, and make us feel comfortable with our investment. Our experiences at the design center, with the lighting vendor and finance team were equally impressive. The homes and finishes are well designed, and we really appreciate the balance of modern layouts, options, and low-maintenance living of the community. It genuinely feels like a community that was planned with long-term comfort and lifestyle in mind. We’re excited for our move and are thrilled that we chose Kerger Pond. We absolutely recommend taking a look if you’re considering a new home in the Ellicott City/Columbia area.
