  Tracy O’ May is an excellent property manager and things have changed positively ever since she took over. I wish she was here when I moved in, my experience would have been great. She is very responsive, personable and always proactive. Alongside with George. Just excellent Abiola A.

  I am not a current resident, but I was very interested in Townes at Pine Orchard and unfortunately my experience turned me away. I called twice in January and left two separate voicemails since no one was available, and I never received a return call. I then scheduled a tour a week in advance and received confirmations both the day I scheduled and again the week of the appointment, so I rearranged my day to make it work. However, at 9:04 pm the night before the tour, I received an email stating the office would be closed the next day and my tour would not take place. I replied to the email explaining my frustration with the inconvenience and the fact that I had adjusted my schedule, but I did not receive a response to that email either. If communication and consideration for potential residents is handled this way, it raises concerns about how current residents may be treated. Based on this experience, I decided not to move forward.

  My husband and I really enjoy living here. They recently changed property mangers and Tracey is wonderful. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and very welcoming. We love Dave! He’s such a great maintenance man and gets the work done quickly and correctly. The only thing I would suggest addressing is landscaping. I’ve noticed that the company does not always clean up with their blowers; I also found it odd that they would do yard work when it’s wet outside. I am no expert, but that was something I was wondering. Lease renewed ✅

  We moved to Townes at Pine Orchard for a couple of months while we were house hunting. The manager, Tiffany, was so easy to work with and helpful before/during our stay - nice, pleasant and safe community.

  I’ve been here for over two years and have had a decent experience overall until recently... The current property manager is the 3rd one we’ve had since I’ve been here. Please take heed to the review by Nicole W. It is the absolute truth. If you live here, just be sure to look beyond the facade they give at the front desk and document everything. If you are told something regarding an important matter, make sure you get it confirmed in writing…..
