  We moved to Ellicott city almost a year ago. We love the community its really peaceful and the home is very spacious. Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the area and even without community amenities we love living here. We would love an option to grill on site. The schools are great and we can get to Centennial Park in minutes. I plan to renew my lease.

  The location is great; however, that's about all I can say that is positive about this rental. The townhomes look nice upon first glance but the construction is poor quality. There are ZERO amenities, the landscaping is not well maintained, there is always trash all over the property, the doggy stations are always sitting on the ground, overflowing with trash, and some don't even have the trash can! Oh, and the office manager is WHACK! Total liar and a waste of time. The management team raised everyone's rent this year by almost 26%! They do not care about maintaining good tenants, they only care about their bottom line. They have done NOTHING to improve the property, only require more money for rent. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

  Absolute great experience with the leasing office staff. The property was maintained meticulously and the property manager was always on top of the property. I highly recommend living here, absolute pleasure living here. Don’t hesitate to call the property and ask for Krystal, she was a amazing throughout the entire process.

  DO NOT CONFUSE WITH ORCHARD PARK APARTMENTS. This is an amazingly well built and accommodating rental town home complex, managed by stellar support staff. Starting from looking at vacant units, we were as picky and needy as they come. And I mean that in earnest. The staff at the leasing office (* you know who you are *) is a person worthy of respect and admiration for the display of empathy and professionalism. And a pinnacle of customer service from leasing office staff to the logistics staff who come to fix and repair anything and everything! We had brand new carpet put in, washer unit replaced to a new one, any kind of fix-it requests in and around the home answered and handled within 48 hours, and the list could go on and on. The carpet and washer replacement is a long story, but the take-away is, Townes at Pine Orchard offered the best customer service experience I've had since I started renting at various states and locations for the past 10 years. Also, the town homes are designed very well (what you see on the website pics is actually the case), such as washer and dryer on the bedroom floor so no need to go up and down the stairs with laundry, very nice gas fire stove, nice granite counter top and all related surfaces, windows that actually block outside noise, etc. Only catch is that the parking is a bit more restricted with only room for 2 cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway), if that can be considered a catch. I lived in a similar rental town home complex that had a 2 car garage and a large parking lot protected with a gate, but surprisingly I don't miss it so much. The satisfaction and convenience here apparently more than well compensates the convenience of parking at the old place. With excellent schools around and buses picking up children pretty much right outside the leasing office, I highly recommend this town home community to any family with children.
