- JTJillian TolmanFeb 22, 20255.0My husband and I really enjoy living here. They recently changed property mangers and Tracey is wonderful. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and very welcoming. We love Dave! He’s such a great maintenance man and gets the work done quickly and correctly. The only thing I would suggest addressing is landscaping. I’ve noticed that the company does not always clean up with their blowers; I also found it odd that they would do yard work when it’s wet outside. I am no expert, but that was something I was wondering. Lease renewed ✅

No asking about my name, taking my number or suggesting of a wait list.

Please take heed to the review by Nicole W. It is the absolute truth. If you live here, just be sure to look beyond the facade they give at the front desk and document everything. If you are told something regarding an important matter, make sure you get it confirmed in writing…..

The townhomes look nice upon first glance but the construction is poor quality. There are ZERO amenities, the landscaping is not well maintained, there is always trash all over the property, the doggy stations are always sitting on the ground, overflowing with trash, and some don't even have the trash can! Oh, and the office manager is WHACK! Total liar and a waste of time. The management team raised everyone's rent this year by almost 26%! They do not care about maintaining good tenants, they only care about their bottom line. They have done NOTHING to improve the property, only require more money for rent. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
