  We were inquiring about a place here and went on a tour with Darius Moore. We waited for our scheduled appointment at 12pm and weren’t seen until about an hour later but Darius was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Look forward to finding my future place!

  Darius is one of a kind! I’ve lived here previously in the past and he is the kindest, most helpful leasing agent I think I’ve ever encountered. I appreciate all the help he was and can’t wait to call montjoy home again!

  I had an outstanding experience with Betsy Patrick and Jasmin McLean from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the office, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel genuinely valued. The team was professional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about the community and available floor plans. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my needs, preferred move-in timeframe, and lifestyle, which made the tour feel personalized rather than rushed. Every feature of the apartment and amenities was clearly explained, and they highlighted key details that helped me truly envision living there. What stood out most was their patience and transparency throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions thoroughly, provided clear information about pricing and application steps, and followed up promptly without ever being pushy. Their communication remained consistent, courteous, and professional at every stage. Overall, the leasing agents delivered exceptional customer service and created a smooth, welcoming, and informative experience.   I have recently just moved here and Natalya (leasing office) made the entire process so easy for me because of how helpful and knowledgeable she was. She checked in with me frequently and kept me up to date on all the steps I needed to complete for move in. You can tell how much she cares for the residents and community as a whole.
