- MVMaria VaughanOct 2, 20255.0I'm currently a Ryan Homeowner at the Bethany Glen 55+ community in Ellicott City but wanted to visit this new development to see the differences. The homes here are stunning, bright, & airy. Everything you'd need is on the main level - Master bed/bath, kitchen, living room, & laundry - but there is plenty of space both up & downstairs if hosting guests is important to you. The community is tucked away between two existing neighborhoods and is private with every house backing up to either forest conservation or a super cute pond. The price point is the best I've seen of any new 55+ community is all of Howard County too. I'm happy where I currently live, but if this had been an option when I was looking for a new home, I think I would have purchased here vs. Bethany Glen - specifically for the loft/2nd floor living room & the location.
