  From the minute, you contact Ryan Homes Bethany Glen you are in for an Excellent customer service experience. They go out of their way to answer all your questions about purchasing, showing you through the model, helping you with applications, and assigning you a project manager to give you updates and answer questions as they build your home. This is the third time that I purchased a home and this is the best experience I’ve had If you’re looking for a great 55+ place for your forever home, you can’t do any better than Bethany Glen by Ryan Homes.

  Nathan has been exceptional since the day we walked into the sales office at Bethany Glen. He has given generously of his time to help no matter how trivial or important our concerns may have been. He has been kind, friendly, knowledgeable and always courteous. It has been great experience working with him.

  We recently purchased lot #12 in the Bethany Glen community & couldn't be any happier with the experience. Both the home & neighborhood are perfect for my husband & I... Just the right size; a great location; and a very fair price considering it's brand-new construction in Ellicott City. Our sales representative Nathan Silva was tremendously helpful & patient through our meetings. We had several questions about the building materials, the options/upgrades, the homesite itself, & the buying process as a whole. He answered all of them in detail & never seemed bothered by our continuous follow ups. If you're in the market for a new home and like the idea of your primary bedroom on the main level, I would highly recommend visiting Ryan Homes at Bethany Glen.

  I live in FL and I am possibly looking to buy a house in MD. I ended up getting connected with Nathan Silva, who works in Bethany Glen Community for Ryan Homes. After Nathan carefully listened to what I was looking for and the reason WHY I was possibly looking to buy, although he didn't have what I was looking for in his community, he still went above and beyond for me to steer me in the right directions to the right people where he thought I would find what I was looking for. Not only did he steer me in the right directions, I found him to be extremely perceptive, professional and knowledgeable in real estate location whereabouts and gave me very good advices that I would otherwise not have known had it not been for him and he really looked out for my best interest. If I end up buying in a different community from the community where he works out of, I only wish I could bring him with me to the community I would be buying from so that he could get the credit and the recognition he very much deserves and earned from me only if Ryan Homes were to allow this. For anyone who is looking to buy a new home, I would highly recommend Nathan and any buyer who ends up with him would be very fortunate to have someone like him working for you, advocating for you and looking out for your best interest as if he would look out for himself.
