  My husband and I bought a new home at Trotter’s retreat in Clarksville.. From the very first time we walked into the model home in summer of 2025, Jennifer Varnadore has been fabulous. Never any pressure to buy, always ready with the answers to our many questions, And if she doesn’t know the answer, she finds out and gets back to us. She has extensive knowledge of the NV Homes product. Even now, as Jennifer has moved onto Bethany Glenn, she continues to be our main point of contact, continuing to streamline the process as we get close to our settlement date. Plus She’s just a really nice person and is genuinely interested in her clients.😍 I would also like to add that we have had Multiple encounters With Heidi and other members of the Sales Team, and they have also been very responsive and helpful. Finally, a big shout out to our project manager, Bryan Perez, and his team. We have been impressed by his openness And thoroughness about the building process, from groundbreaking to the multiple scheduled walk-throughs. Bryan has also been consistently Available when needed. He has a thorough knowledge of the product he is building and is obviously proud of his team’s work. And he had also been very approachable and informative from day one., All in all, this has been a very positive experience And we cannot wait to move in to our new home!

  The sales team, especially Matt, has been outstanding. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Gave us time to understand our options and was very helpful in the process. Looking forward to moving in when the house is completed.

  I was truly happy with my experience purchasing an NV Home in Bethany Glen, MD. The entire team, including the Sales Team and the Project Manager, was absolutely wonderful. In particular, Natalie Middleton, the NV Homes real estate sales agent, has an outstanding personality and consistently went above and beyond to support me. Even though she represented the seller, she never hesitated to help whenever I needed assistance. I highly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a new NV home in Maryland contact her. I would also like to recognize Matthew Tinordi, who worked closely with Natalie. He was incredibly patient and dedicated many hours to supporting the construction of my new home. Finally, I would like to express my appreciation to Chris as well, the Project Manager. He was very easy to work with and promptly handled minor touch-ups and corrections both during and after the home inspection process. Overall, the entire Bethany Glen team delivered a perfect 10-out-of-10 experience.
