  Worst apartment complex I have ever seen in my entire life. I make a wrong decision to rent apt in September 2025. Since that i am struggling. They have very old HVAC units. Broken doors and locks. In this cold weather our HVAC unit stop working and they gave us small heaters for 7-10 days. They don't have a right engineer to fix that problem. It was snowing and we have to suffer for that. I keep them sending complaints but they took almost 3 months to fix my problem. After all this I got a electricity bill from BGE around $1600 because our HVAC unit was continuously running and was not heating. Meanwhile my family suffered alot as we all get sick due to cold weather. My sister landed to hospital for 15 days on ventilator. She got Phenomena. I also got sick with my son. Both of us got Cold and fever. I left my work for 5 days and my son missed his school for 7 days. If you want to live happily never rent a apartment here. All the apartments are old, no proper parking system. I made a mistake so i want others to be aware in advance.

  Weed smell in my unit 3026 because the leasing office has yet to address the on going marijuana user in my building. Front doors are old and not sealed properly so any smoker in your building you will have odor in your unit. This complex advertises this as a smoke-free community and is even stated in the lease.

  no flood lights or street lamp at my building. its been an issue for months now. its dark in the AM when I leave and in the PM when I get home. Its not safe for my wife or anyone.

  Just renewed my lease for 3rd year , haven't had any issues , any & all maintenance issues are handled, Tia in front office always has a smile very professional !!!

  I have been a tenant for almost 5 years and experienced service from many different property managers. None compare to the current manager. Josh has been so helpful, courteous, respectful, and knows how to get things done. His staff of Tia and Mason are so friendly to deal with as is the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff responds to work orders quickly and efficiently. They are really good guys .Keep up the good work Josh. You have the best TEAM yet. Bob
