- AHAmber HNov 13, 20251.0Parking is still a huge issue even after they put up their flashy new parking signs but guest don’t pay for their car to park overnight. I come home from work and can’t even find a spot close to my apartment but someone with guest over taking up multiple spots. I see no tow truck that enforces cars registered for parking. I asked management about paying for my own parking space but was told they no longer make new private parking spots, only those that made one with previous management got to keep theirs. My unit has had so many issues and maintenance although kind and nice don’t seem to have much budget to improving and properly fixing issues within the unit. Also don’t get a unit with neighbors over you, you hear every step they take. The flooring is horrible in here with no insulation or barrier to help with sound. The flooring is cheap and comes up easily. They advertise a dog park but there is no up keep and children just go in there to play because there is no place for them to spend time outdoors in the complex. The small and sad playground has been broken with caution tape since I moved in 3 years ago. Not family friendly neighborhood at all. Looking forward to my lease coming up.

Our apartment was one of the ones they recently renovated before we moved in so it was nice to have hard wood floors. The staff is friendly. When we did have issues with the apartment, the work was done usually within a week or so.
