  I’ve been living here for a few years now, over the past few years, there has been many bugs coming inside of our apartment including mouse’s, cockroaches and many other insects. We asked the management people to help us but they are not helpful which when we asked them to come into our apartment for a mouse entering our apartment and the guy told us there was a mouse behind the stove, placed poison, and after a few more days, the same mouse was there so we knew that the guy was lying. Another thing was that while we were sleeping, a person came into our apartment and our dad has just came home which then he saw that guy looking at us while me and my mom and brother were sleeping. Please do not live here unless you want unexpected visitors and insects. Very bad management.

  Owen, the maintenance supervisor, does an outstanding job. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Until Owen came on the property every summer I had issues with my a/c unit. It would break down every year and I live on the top floor. My apartment would be extremely hot. When he came he promised that I would have my air working. He couldn't fix the problem and he had a contractor out within two days. I needed a new unit. He made sure that I had a portable unit until my air was fixed. Last summer was the first summer living on this property that I didn't have a/c issues. I also would like to thank the assistant leasing manager, Tia. She is very polite and pleasure to work with. She is very responsive whenever I have an issue. I hope that this staff team is here to stay.

  Weed smell in my unit 3026 because the leasing office has yet to address the on going marijuana user in my building. Front doors are old and not sealed properly so any smoker in your building you will have odor in your unit. This complex advertises this as a smoke-free community and is even stated in the lease.

  no flood lights or street lamp at my building. its been an issue for months now. its dark in the AM when I leave and in the PM when I get home. Its not safe for my wife or anyone.

  Just renewed my lease for 3rd year , haven't had any issues , any & all maintenance issues are handled, Tia in front office always has a smile very professional !!!
