  We toured this community last weekend and unfortunately were very disappointed with the overall experience. We arrived on time but due to a staffing shortage (we were told), we still had to wait another 30 mins or so before we could even tour. I provided the specific floor plan rule and even showed a screenshot which had the exact available unit we wanted to see. Instead we were taken to a building that absolutely needed some TLC from the rusting mailboxes to the stairs. The unit we were shown was smaller than what we requested so at this point we were just turned off. I will say both staff were communicative and pleasant throughout the process but we decided to pursue other communities.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RENTERS BEWARE, SO I CAME IN TO CHECK OUT A 1 OR 2 BDRM UNIT, THE LADY WANTED ME TO SCAN MYSELF IN. SO THEY HAVE TWO NEW STAFF IN THE OFFICE AND NOBODY SEEM LIKE THEY WANTED TO ASSIST ME IN LOOKING AT A UNIT, THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS HAVING SOCIAL HOUR AS I SAT FOR MORE 10MINS ASKIN CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. DO NOT RENT HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..

  It has been a great experience just touring the apartments. The leasing agents are so nice and patient, answering any questions I had and working with my budget. It feels like they take good care of, not only the property, but the people as a tenants at this property.

  I can’t say enough great things about living at Sherwood Crossing! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. A huge shoutout to our Assistant Property Manager, Susana Campos — she is absolutely fantastic. Susana is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are handled quickly and thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and approachable, and it truly makes a difference in the overall living experience. I also want to recognize the incredible maintenance team. They are prompt, efficient, and always respectful when handling service requests. No matter how big or small the issue, they address it quickly and make sure the job is done right the first time. Their hard work does not go unnoticed! The community is well-kept, welcoming, and clearly managed by people who take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with a team that truly supports its residents, Sherwood Crossing is it. Highly recommend!

  I will update this and I've been holding off on this review plus more for years! Deana and the kadijah(splck) are two of the most rudest, condescending, nasty acting people in the rental office. I constantly get hung up on once they know it's me (via my voice or apt #)so I personally avoid them at all costs but sometimes I can't. Today Deana hung up on me after I politely & immediately asked for another leasing agent regarding a water leak situation in my residence that is affecting another tenants residence. Her one job was to relay a message (put me on hold) and she couldn't even do that professionally. Do you think she bothered to call back even if there was something wrong with her line? Or even a emergency? Nope!
