  I have lived here for 5 months and in this time I have witnessed kids getting bullied by teens, bikes stolen and unfortunately two nights ago my car was broken into, there was nothing in my car and I have the wheel bar so I feel it was just plain ignorant vandalism, they busted my window and broke my car door handles, this is not the first instance in this neighborhood. Two of my neighbors have had their vehicle vandalized and one had his stolen. There is no safety measures here. Maybe get some cameras, lights or night time security to patrol the neighborhood. There is a serious drug issue as well. If you are looking for a safe family friendly place to move, this is not it.

  If your looking for a place to move to this is not the place to look.Its not a safe place to move to, reasons why cars are broken into just about every night and the leasing office is doing nothing about it and there is a lack of concern from them. Cars are being stolen as well not just being broken into.The leasing office is not working with Howard County police to have them on the property at this point there should be a subdivision for them to be on the property at all times so that this property will have police presence on scene.They don’t have security on as well they are not improving the the quality of life here. The parking lot is beyond dark and this just breeds criminal activities , there’s always people that don’t live here and inside the building doing drugs and using the building as a hang out , this would stop if the buildings had doors that locked and then maybe this would stop. Not to mention the lack of services from property maintenance if you have a problem with your apartment good luck because it’s not gonna happen they will come to change a filter and push the button on your smoke detector and that’s about it. Also beware this place has a 90 day notice stipulated by Maryland law but it’s supposed to be a 60 day notice for an apartment company because everyone in MD has the 60 day notice in MD they are using fine print to keep you locked in.The washer and drying are a joke and at this point the price to use them is way to much the washers are way to small. Now back to the parking lot all the space are way to small your car barely fits I have to get out from the passenger side most times or get out from the rear hatch of the car there’s no space maybe for a motor cycle but your bike will get stolen bring your motor cycle inside if you can don’t leave it outside.If your looking for help from property managers Christal it’s not gonna happen, Dawson has no power to do anything and regional coordinator Tasha rather verbally get confrontational with and attack you on the phone then to help the lack of professionalism is outstanding after all the money you pay for rent you will see no improvement what so ever.Do not move here if you want a better life for yourself and family the playground that they have is not for the kids I have found needles in the dirt and the beer bottles on the slide it’s again a hang out for the wrong people . The projects in NEW YORK are safer then this place and cleaner !
