- CMChris MittsNov 10, 20255.0This is a very nice apartment complex. Walking through the building, you get the feeling of staying in a nice hotel. There are nice common areas with a fitness center, gas grills, and billiards table. Walmart, Giant, China Buffet, the Dollar Store, Liquor store, and Aldi's are all within walking distance. Jeffrey, the property manager, showed me around the Promenade and helped me with the application process. Mollie, the leasing agent, gave me the walk through on my apartment when it was ready. Both of them were very friendly and helpful. Minor issues with the apartment were addressed by the contractors in a timely fashion.

The staff is the most accommodating, kind and helpful leasing team I’ve ever encountered! Our apartment and the community is beautiful, clean and we plan on staying for a long time!
