  Fixing my hot water problem was great! He came the same day after trying a few times prior. Very satisfied! BUT since moving in I have still yet to use my fireplace because the piece to sit logs on is broken in half. Nobody around here seems to know who fixes fireplace issues but when your electric bill is over $300 fire sounds wonderful…..

  Walked up to the leasing office at 8:55 for our 9:00 appointment to tour an apartment. We then sat for an hour and a half before anyone showed up. Called multiple times, watched multiple other guests walk up. Once someone finally showed up, she was extremely rude. Telling us that they are “clearly” closed and that we would have to reschedule. I’d be extremely worried if this is just a preview of how they handle problems day-to-day… stay clear honestly.

  If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They place is a disaster and poorly run. Maintenance issues go weeks and weeks unaddressed. Often who they send to fix things can’t fix the issues and breaks more stuff on the way out. No property management leadership. It’s turn over after turn over after turn over. You’ll receive evection notices taped to your door even after paying your rent. Roaches and mice are a problem. You will go without heat in freezing temperatures and calls to the emergency maintenance line go unanswered. The list is endless. Be warned, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived there for 5 years and management and maintenance never improved. There were multiple issues through the years and I am still dealing with them even though I have moved out. I had to take care of a mouse problem myself because maintenance did not seal a hole in the wall and placed steel wool instead. I lived in a second floor unit and the unit above me leaked water 3 times from the AC unit. Mold grew all three times and their solution to the mold was to paint over it instead of replacing the dry wall. My move out was all over the place. On my move out date, I was told no one was available to do the move out inspection since it was not communicated to the maintenance team. I moved out 10 weeks ago and still have not received my security deposit back. I called multiple times but the manager was never available. I was told by some finance person that I never left a forwarding address or any other info but i filled out a move out form twice.
