  Mr. Jimenez is extremely kind and caring person, but the property owners, legend Management is your typical greedy landlord. The price of the units continue to rise, despite no upgrades to any of the appliances in the units. I have lived in a two bedroom and a one bedroom, their one bedroom for sure smelled musty and for sure had mold issues. The prices have become unaffordable, there are more affordable places to live right up the street, that have similar appliance issues and problems of course, but at least their prices are better. Overall, despite Mr. Jimenez's kindness, I would recommend looking elsewhere for housing, unless of course, you like paying high prices, for rodent, roach, and mold infestations.

  Easy process I dealt with both Sinai and Jean and they are always helpful and the really do a wonderful job maintaining this property. I will 100 percent recommend this property

  I have rented at the Elms at Kendall Ridge for five years and it’s been a pleasure. The leasing office staff, JC and Kosal, have always been helpful in mitigating any issues I’ve had. They are a very patient and understanding staff. I would recommend this community to anyone.
