All of a sudden we saw mold and leak behind our fridge & by the stove, we called maintenance & they toke almost 4 days to fix it me being unable to use my kitchen, and they had equipment all over my living room knowing I have a 9 month old and a 2 year old. Fast forward to them “fixing the issue” we started noticing rat poop in the kitchen, we assume that them leaving the wall open over night made mice come into our complex because we never had mice in the beginning. We’ve called several times about this and they claimed they schedule to exterminate but I’m a stay at home mom and they don’t even show up. 3 times already. They have done this. And not to forget the amount of ants that come out of nowhere is ridiculous to the point where we cannot leave anything on our countertop but it will be filled with ants. And one of the maintenance guy has serious issue because he be yelling at the air outside in the parking lot. In less then a month me and my husband have killed over 6 mice. When they should be coming to handle that, I have kids and don’t even allow them to craw nor sit on the ground due to the infestation in this complex. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is disgusting.

- GOG OwAug 30, 20251.0Warning: Take pictures of EVERYTHING before and AFTER you move out, but before you turn in your keys. Take pictures of every little thing. When you move out, the management company will try to screw you. They will keep your security deposit, make normal wear and tear repairs, and updates that have nothing to do with your residency there. They’ll try to make you pay a penalty, as if you’re responsible for the things they probably should’ve taken care of before you moved in. The people who own the management company are scam artists. If they pull this crap with you, call an attorney immediately. You can’t even get a person on the phone outside of the call center. If they are going to come at you with bs charges, a manager should directly make contact to discuss and show evidence in person. It’s very unfortunate because the maintenance crew and staff in the leasing office are wonderful. DO NOT rent anything anywhere this management company is involved.
