He has been wonderful since the moment I began searching for my new apartment and since I’ve moved in, he is very responsive and always gets back to me with the information I need. The maintenance guy, Mr. Hue has also been very helpful. He has addressed the concerns I brought to his attention about the apartment and most recently he brought two ladies to fix the cabinets, and I really appreciate that being done. The ladies did a wonderful job. The cabinets look almost brand new.

I came in at 3:30 and gentleman at the desk did not stand to even greet me. He asked how he could help me and I said I was here for my 3:30 appointment. He rudely that I was 30 minutes late. I explained that there must have been a miscommunication. He proceeded to tell me I could come back tomorrow. I didn’t understand if the office doesn’t close until 6 why I couldn’t see a unit. I was in the parking lot since 2:45 waiting for my time. He could have called me and I would have walked right in. I drove 40 minutes to see the apartment and I could say this was certainly not welcoming to the Columbia area. This apartment was at the top of my list until this experience.
