  The communication with the property management is horrible. You have to constantly follow up to get any response. Same issue with the corporate office. Everything in the units are outdated. The HVAC systems are horrible and there is zero insulation in the apartments making your BGE extremely high. BGE did an energy inspection and stated the HVAC system was not replaced as recommended and the system was extremely old. I notified the office and nothing happened. My BGE bill averaged $300 monthly on the low end. HVAC filters were never replaced every 3 months as it should have been. When I notified the office I was not renewing my lease I didn't receive any response. I had to send several follow up emails. The day of the final walkthrough no one showed up even though we communicated on a set day and time. When I received my final bill statement after making multiple requests for it. I was overcharged. I was charge for carpet replacement when there was no damage to the carpet. When I reached out to the office to correct I was ignored. I've tried reaching out to corporate with no luck. If you are considering these apartments you will have to deal with poor communication from the property management team, rodents as mentioned in other review, horrible parking if you do not have reserved parking and high energy bills every month. The only positive is the neighborhood is quiet.

  I'm a former resident of this place i moved in late 08 I moved out late 12 my first apartment flooded twice they didn't do anything about the first time but the second time they did but I lived there when it was called chimneys of cradlerock my second apartment was dirty with stains in tne carpet kept getting bothered by the girl next door and kids were running all through the apartment complex at odd hours of the night

  Run down and incredibly overpriced for the shabby condition of the units and the common areas. Management unresponsive. The parking situation is abysmal.

  Can't wait to move out of this complex. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
