  I am very pleased with our new maintenance staff. Frank in particular goes above and beyond. He fixed a leak in my tub and bathroom area. Very quick and efficient. Kept everything clean and neat. He does a great job and I certainly appreciate the less than 24 hour response. Thank you Kelly as well for all you do.

  I recently toured this apartment with Kelly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, Kelly was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took her time walking me through each space, pointing out details I would’ve missed on my own, and answering every question with patience and honesty. The apartment itself was clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out, but what really made the tour stand out was Kelly’s enthusiasm. She made the whole process feel easy and pressure-free, and I genuinely felt like she cared about helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. Overall, Kelly made the tour not only informative but enjoyable. If you’re considering checking out this building, I highly recommend scheduling with her. She’s fantastic!

  If zero stars was an option, there wouldn't be one. We were told several times prior to submitting an application that the fees were ALL refundable. I was even told in writing via email by Alexandria that the $100 holding fee would be refunded after 30 days which didn't happen. My co-applicant was also told in person by Kelly, not to bother paying the application fee because again, it's refundable. They then turn around and lie, and take additional fees from my holding fee without communicating that, and use that as a reason not to refund the money. Thank God we didn't stay here. The lack of communication, and the run around is diabolical.

  The last owners where terrible! They just let the place rot. But since the new owners took over repairs get maded when promised and the amenities have improved.

  I’m currently in what they call a “renovated apartment,” yet during my first month, the freezer and refrigerator didn’t work, and the A/C unit was broken and constantly running, causing my BGE bill to exceed $400. It took management over a month just to address the issue, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any response or follow-up from management regarding this problem. A response would be nice. To make matters worse, someone recently tried to steal my girlfriend’s car and another resident’s, breaking windows and damaging steering columns. When we reported it, the leasing office said there are no security cameras in the parking lot. I’m posting this publicly in hopes that management finally sees this and reaches out to resolve these issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here — but maybe you think different?
