Unfortunately, because this is a review of the building as a whole, i have to keep it at 4 stars due to the building having issues. one day the laundry rooms will be fixed, but not today .
Alexandria was truly incredible throughout the entire moving process! From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, she proved herself to be a reliable member of the community. She is attentive to detail and knowledgeable of the property. She answered all the questions I had over the phone snd through email. Alexandria made sure I left the leasing office feeling confident in my selection.
Alexandria is readily available to assist folks. The best part of it all is Alexandria shows up always with a positive attitude and radiant smile!
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better moving in experience.

Hello, I recently visited the property for a tour, and I must say Aspen At Lake Trail truly exceeded my expectations! I was assisted by the property manager, Xiomara, and she was nothing short of exceptional. She took her time showing me all the amenities and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
The pet station was definitely my favorite feature since I’m a proud fur mom 🐾 It’s clear the community is thoughtfully designed with residents (and their pets!) in mind.
The entire team was so warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to make Aspen at Lake Trail my new home!

Scheduled a tour for 5pm on a Friday. Received emails and texts confirming day of. Took me 45 minutes to get there, I arrived a few minutes early. The leasing office was closed and had closed 4 hours prior to my appointment. I never received a call, text, or email letting me know they were closing early so maybe i could have rescheduled. I left them a message letting them know this happened and still have not received any communication/apology. Very unprofessional. I think that shows how much they "truly want" your business. Look somewhere else for an apartment that is more professional and actually cares about people and their time.
