  I visited today to meet someone at SBDC and was greeted by Moona. Moona was very informative on what I can do to accomplish my goal. She was very insightful and attentive.

  This one star review is given solely for their ethics, business practices, and overall customer support. It’s a well maintained location and the staff are helpful as much as they can be. The contractual memberships are problematic and remind me of the old gym memberships where the goal was to extract as much money as possible. Managing your account and billing involves you navigating legacy systems that clearly don’t talk to each other. The AI support lines are not helpful and I had to ask to have a copy or email from support when submitting a ticket. Good luck getting ahold of anyone in the company support wise. Make sure to keep an eye out for how much is deducted when and why per the contract. You will be given no extra details. They auto deduct payments after the known due date and then charge late fees.

  This is a great place to work. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. There is free parking available on a first come first served basis. Free coffee.

  This is a really nice, well-run location and it is very much worth it to work here. You have everything you need to be productive. Very friendly community and staff.
