It’s a well maintained location and the staff are helpful as much as they can be. The contractual memberships are problematic and remind me of the old gym memberships where the goal was to extract as much money as possible. Managing your account and billing involves you navigating legacy systems that clearly don’t talk to each other. The AI support lines are not helpful and I had to ask to have a copy or email from support when submitting a ticket. Good luck getting ahold of anyone in the company support wise. Make sure to keep an eye out for how much is deducted when and why per the contract. You will be given no extra details. They auto deduct payments after the known due date and then charge late fees.
