  I have been living in this apartment for 6 years, and during that entire time, no renovations have been done. However, the apartment across from mine was fully remodeled (bathroom, kitchen, everything) after the tenants lived there for only 5 months, just to prepare it for new renters. This feels very unfair. Long-term tenants like myself should also be considered for necessary updates and improvements. My bathroom vanity is in unacceptable condition — the mirror is broken, and there is mold present. The entire bathroom needs attention. I am requesting a replacement for the mirror and vanity, as well as proper maintenance and improvements to the space. I would appreciate this being addressed as soon as possible.

  I recently moved into rosebrookr apartment! I can sincerely say, I’ve never been so happy! From the beginning with the office registars(Tiffany and Gia) to the moving in process! I’m delighted with the quiet and clean atmosphere! At this point I think it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time! I had one problem that needed to be addressed and was done promptly an expeditiously! Thank you very much, I look forward to a long relationship with your company

  Service I received from Gia and Tiffany was wonderful and very helpful. Very professional and made my application process very smooth. They made me feel very comfortable with everything. I had so many questions and they could answer every one. I’m bringing and recommending many to this office, they are great and know what they’re doing.

  I lived here for about 5 years and overall had a positive experience. Maintenance was always helpful and timely, the leasing office was helpful when needed and overall the apartment did what it needed to do. The laundry rooms could be better maintained along with the lobby’s of the building but my overall experience here was great. I was in a 1 bedroom ground level so had a nice patio and they updated the windows and sliding glass door a few years. Although you could hear noise from the lobby, I rarely heard any noises throughout the apartment.
