“””PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY “”” I don’t usually write reviews like this, but people really need to know what they’re getting into before moving here. This is honestly the worst apartment I’ve lived in in my entire life. The place is severely infested with pests, and it feels completely out of control. No matter what you do—cleaning, vacuuming, or trying to manage it yourself—they keep coming back. There are cracks and gaps everywhere, which makes it easy for insects to hide and spread. You end up seeing them in the bathroom, the kitchen, and even while sitting on your couch. It gets to the point where you don’t even feel comfortable trusting your own food because of how unsanitary it feels. I’ve even had the horrifying experience of waking up to find roaches crawling on my face while I was sleeping. I’ve submitted multiple requests for pest control through the website, but all they do is send someone to put down glue traps. That’s it. No real treatment, no follow-up, nothing that actually solves the problem. On top of that, the noise is unbearable. The upstairs neighbors are constantly fighting, especially after midnight—around 1–2 AM—with slamming doors, running, and screaming. I have to wake up around 4 AM, and they repeatedly wake me up in the middle of the night. I’ve reported this many times, and nothing has improved. When the weather gets a bit warmer, a nasty smell comes from the floors. I’m not sure what’s underneath the carpet, but it seems like there’s mold or something else unpleasant going on. The only positive thing I can say is that Mary from the office was kind, responsive and professional during the application process when I moved in. But unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the overall living conditions. I cannot wait to move out, especially since they don’t even offer the option to sublease the apartment

I’ve been living at Hunt Club Apartments for a couple months now, and honestly… I’m obsessed with this place. The staff here is EVERYTHING. Emily Baez at the front desk (marketing consultant) is literally the sweetest — super kind, super friendly, and always so outgoing. She makes coming into the office feel like talking to a friend. Mary Bradshears, the assistant community manager, always makes sure I’m okay and taken care of. Whatever I need, she checks in, answers all my questions with so much patience, and keeps everything positive. She’s so kind, so outgoing, and she loves to make you laugh. I always feel supported with her. And Bridgie, the community manager? She’s amazing. Anytime I need help, she’s right there making sure I’m taken care of. She stays on top of every detail, communicates clearly, and truly goes the extra mile to keep the community running smoothly. Her leadership shows — you can feel it in how organized, welcoming, and stress-free everything is. I seriously appreciate her. Plus, the maintenance team? They’re top tier. They always get things done quickly, they show up on time, and they don’t play about fixing things right the first time.

One of the best community in Cockeysville. It is near to Food Lion, Target and Walmart. Resturant like Sangam and Shah Halal. Leasing officers and members are very helpful. Maintaince is also good and on time as per the priority of the issue.
