A special thank you and shout out to the very helpful, dynamic duo of Jesses and Super Carlos, always so pleasant & cheerful, in the office. And also to the amazing maintenance technician Charlie, who diagnosed the problem with my range hood fan immediately so that I will no longer be choking on cooking smoke. YAY!
- BVBenny VargasJan 4, 20262.0I lived here for a year in 2024. The apartment itself was really run down, insect infested. Not a day went by without seeing bugs. The apartment itself was very dirty when we moved in and we did a deep clean ourselves. The staff is great, Carlos and technicians were great. I was told staff get a bonus if the ratings on here ar e4 or greater which is why the ratings here are higher than they really should be based on the actual apartment. I was disappointed with the living expereince but it is affordable, near nice enough food and stuff, and neighbors were kind.

Yes, there a few people who have had a rough time here i know, but you will not find a better property management team than at The Apartments at Saddle Brooke. These folks really care about their tenants and try to resolve problems as quickly as possible. I believe you will not find a better place to rent an apartment in Cockeysville.
