  I’ve been living at Hunt Club Apartments for a couple months now, and honestly… I’m obsessed with this place. The staff here is EVERYTHING. Emily Baez at the front desk (marketing consultant) is literally the sweetest — super kind, super friendly, and always so outgoing. She makes coming into the office feel like talking to a friend. Mary Bradshears, the assistant community manager, always makes sure I’m okay and taken care of. Whatever I need, she checks in, answers all my questions with so much patience, and keeps everything positive. She’s so kind, so outgoing, and she loves to make you laugh. I always feel supported with her. And Bridgie, the community manager? She’s amazing. Anytime I need help, she’s right there making sure I’m taken care of. She stays on top of every detail, communicates clearly, and truly goes the extra mile to keep the community running smoothly. Her leadership shows — you can feel it in how organized, welcoming, and stress-free everything is. I seriously appreciate her. Plus, the maintenance team? They’re top tier. They always get things done quickly, they show up on time, and they don’t play about fixing things right the first time.

  Need to improve the safety measures. There is no lock and key for the front common doors. Lease office representatives not taking the action immediately.

  My experience with the Leasing Office staff was fantastic, especially Mary Brasher-Reed and Bridgie Wilkerson. Mary was very supportive, helping me deal with this horrible process. I currently live at Hunt Club and was moving from a one bedroom plus den unit to a two bedroom plus den unit, along with adding an additional person. Mary worked with me during this process, helping me to release the stress I was having due to this STUPID application process. I was constantly being kicked out, due to your process saying my credentials were invalid, locked out of my bank account, however Mary preserved on my behalf until all paperwork was accepted. Again, all I can say is she is WONDERFUL, kind and treats everyone with respect.

  Mary Brashears-Reed was wonderful to work with. She was patient, responsive, and attentive to my special needs and frequent inquiries. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and she made the experience easier for me. I am thankful and very happy with the unit. I would also like to thank Bridgie and Emily for their help as well. Great team!!

  Stuffs are so irresponsible that I submitted proper document at the time of move in, still they were not able to update them properly and later I had to pay a fine for a mistake which I never did. Maintenance service is also very poor. If you register a call today, they will come to fix your issue after one month.
