  I TRULY, TRULY love this place and I have lived in several apartments. This is by far the best place. The maintenance crew Steve and Earl are the BEST... They jumped right on the snow storm we had the last week of January 2026. KUDOS to you guys.

  If 0 was a rated, after reading your reviews, I would never rent place as such. These reviews were overwhelmingly disturbing and for potential tenants too considered renting here are slim to none. I know I would never live here with a negative report as your company. It’s also disgraceful that it’s impacted by rodents which I would never live with under no circumstance. Just disgusting for the property to have such negative reviews.

  Living here at Hampton Manor has been my first experience living in an apartment complex. I am glad to “report” that it has been a very positive one. The office staff have treated me like family and addresses any concerns I have with respect and concern. I feels like home to me now and hope to live here many more years to come.

  Awesome..The Absolute best place I have rented in the past 10 years! Love my apartment. Building are quiet..well lit and cleaned daily! The office & maintenance staff have always been outstanding! Melissa, Adam, Steve & Earl are always helpful and really run this property beautifully! Thank you Hampton Manor!
