  First I would like to thank everybody who helped me get into Cranbrook apartments special thanks goes to Amanda leasing agent who fought for me tooth and nail along with the upper Senior Management to approve me to get my very own apartment. So thank you thank you thank you Secondly I'd like to thank the maintenance stay up here from Russell Antonio Tony everybody who's coming in and out of my apartment is an incredible excellent job you all should get a raise without a doubt punctual polite very helpful very knowledgeable great great maintenance staff here all the sidewalks are shoveled we got six feet of snow out there these guys are out there making sure it's clear so people like me who are disabled can get in and out with no problem. Huge kudos to Amanda for having a brain and realizing my disabled needs and she switched my apartments and made sure I got on the bottom floor apartment with all black appliances and a beautiful island in the kitchen very few apartments have that people very few and a washer and dryers right outside my front door good job Amanda, she got me as close to the bus line the 93 as she could. it's about 300 ft away and the grocery store in a little strip center next to me to make my life that much easier that's going above and beyond the call of a leasing agent she truly cares about people and you should definitely ask for her by name, she won't go out of her way for you if you're looking for an apartment she will find you what you need she will bend over backwards to get you in, and I'll never be able to thank her enough. so if you're looking for a great place to live with great staff great maintenance this is it, come to Cranbrook hills and I hope you have as great as experience as I have.   This is my second review. I made my first review 6 months ago when I first moved in and I can say nothing has changed for me. I’ve only called maintenance a few times and each time they come quickly. Everyone I have encountered from the customer service agents to the maintenance dept to the rental office representatives have been professional and all around awesome. I really enjoy living here. The property is clean and quiet minus a few exceptions. As before I have to mention Amanda in the rental office for her exceptional customer service although I’ve only spoken to her once since I moved in her kindness, compassion and exceptional customer service still makes me smile!!!! I am so pleased!!! I will send an update again in a few months 😊😊😊

  I've been at Cranbrook Apts for 5 years this month. Moved here from Minnesota at the height of covid..never saw the apartment before walking into it on move-in day. I was so pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was, and have been happy ever since. It's a quiet complex and well maintained. I'm getting ready to move into a larger unit in the same complex in a few weeks, and I can't say enough about how AMAZING Amanda and the rest of the team in the rental office were. I'm looking forward to another few years in my new digs!

  BEWARE BEFORE MOVING HERE!!!! Everything seemed nice and affordable at first. I saw the first mouse about 2 days after moving in. maintenance came and plugged up a hole but they continued to dig their way in. I’ve seen mice even in the daytime. this complex is beyond infested. no matter how much I complained they refuse to let me out of my lease! the appliances break frequently. the neighbors seem to chain smoke cigarettes and it makes my apartment and clothes smell horrible. I have a toddler and the living conditions aren’t even suitable for a dog. I’ll be leaving here as soon as possible. I WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD. Stay where you are it’s not worth the constantly increasing rent.
