  Love living here @TheElmsatClarksburg. Staff is always on point and the maintenance crew is very helpful. Thank you so much for providing us a community of support and encouragement to get to know each other with fun activities!

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the overall quality of services in the residential complex. Garbage collection is poorly managed and often left in a messy and unhygienic state. In addition, customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful when issues are reported. Furthermore, the lack of a proper welcome or basic support for residents creates an unfriendly and unprofessional environment. This level of service does not meet reasonable expectations for a residential community. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

  This is the worst complex I have ever seen. It appears that there is nothing in the name of discipline. Customer service is Zero. Very rude staff.

  The worst customer service. The 3 ladies who usually present in the leasing office looking down on people. They don't know anything about customer service ethics.

  Woke up to my vehicle being vandalized... no lightning throughout property when sun is down...trash particles blowing throughout property grounds...oh and the rent portal doesn't work properly...so don't think your balance is accurate. DON'T MOVE HERE
