And living here is amazing, Felix at the front desk is always nice and greets everyone that walks in the door. He is a ray of sunshine and always makes my mom and myself day whenever we see him in the lobby.

First leak resulted in an exposed hole that lasted about 2 weeks until it was fixed, but continued to release fumes until early Feb. Management slow to response about fixing the root issue and did not update me on the timeline of fixing my unit or the unit above. Not good for physical health, hygiene or mental health.

The staff is terrific. The location is most advantageous, about the most convenient neighborhood imaginable. Best place I have ever lived and I am old. We live on the top floor and our views are spectacular. We have been here for over seven years. Not going anywhere.

The staff are all so helpful and friendly, especially the folks at the desk. Maintenance is prompt and skilled. I enjoy all the amenities, especially the deck and pool in the warm weather. A real find!
