  Maintenance requests are ignored. We have been trying to get maintenance done since December 1st, and no repairs have been made. It has been over 2 months. Maintenance repeatedly marks work as complete without ever coming to the apartment. Any attempts at calling or leaving voicemails with the apartment office are ignored. Whenever I visit the office, they are always "out giving a tour". Expect no communication and borderline dishonest practices from the management team here. I would avoid renting here if at all possible. EDIT: Despite their response and claim that they would investigate the issue, absolutely no change has happened. Maintenance marked our work orders as completed AGAIN despite repairs still not being made. We are nearing 3 months without repairs, and have been without a functioning oven for over a month.

  Don’t move here unless you really have to. I lived here for four years. The apartment itself was manageable, but management was extremely disorganized. During my time there, management changed several times. The current front office staff consistently struggles with basic administrative issues. I was sent to eviction court multiple times in error despite never missing rent payments, which required me to take time off work. Each case was dismissed, but no one ever took accountability or explained the payment discrepancies with their third-party rent system. When I moved out, they claimed I never submitted notice, thankfully I kept a signed copy of my intent-to-vacate form. Later, they attempted to charge me a $300 countertop resurfacing fee despite my security deposit being over $1,000, and they never responded to my questions about it. As for the apartment itself, the buildings are older, which comes with typical issues. Toward the end of my stay (2025), I noticed large cockroaches. There was also a major leak that flooded part of the unit and was never fully resolved. Beware the A/C unit is very loud while in use, and lighting in the master bedroom is minimal. The maintenance team was the highlight, they were responsive and did their best. The location is also very convenient to downtown Bethesda, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and public transportation.

  Hi, My name is Elan Mizrahi… I’ve lived at the Fields of Bethesda for 12 years now and it has been a nightmare for the past few years!!! Trash collection everywhere, kids are playing until very late at night kicking balls at cars and being very loud !!! I’ve paid many visits to the rental office but nothing ever happens… this is supposed to be downtown Bethesda but it is so trashy it’s hard to believe!!! I’m looking to move out as soon as I can because I don’t feel safe anymore as many cars park down hill smoking pots everyday and cars are parked at the fire lane all night and no one is getting towed!!! I know you won’t do anything about it because apparently you don’t care!!!

  Hi, I tried my level best to contact for rent an apartment. The number routed to a to place where it says that, the number is not working. Better change the contact or check your emails and see how many emails I have sent so far.
