The only reason I’m giving this complex 2 stars is because for the most part it’s quiet.. and the neighbors are respectful. Now for the honest truth. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED!!! From my point of view roaches but I’ve heard of others having mice. Let me break it down, we have only been on this property for just under 5 months. Supposed to have a newly renovated unit. Nothing is renovated but the carpet in the bedrooms, hardwood floor in the rest of the unit and cabinets in the kitchen. Being said 2 weekends ago (look at the date of this post)… we set 9 bombs for roaches. The amount of roaches we saw was unreal!! NO I DID NOT BRING THEM WITH ME… I Don’t do bugs. They are in the cabinets… closets… bedrooms..bathroom. I BARELY HAVE FURNITURE EXCEPT FOR A COUCH AND BEDS!!! We had 3 days of peace before they started coming back in through the vents. Every morning I’m getting up with a shoe in hand and flicking on lights because I just know. I’ve asked for exterminator through tickets and verbal communication. I was promised to be put on a list which btw you only get put on if you call. Nothing was done. I asked for phone calls via voicemail from the property manager. No call. I asked for corporate number, haven’t gotten it. Just this morning I’ve killed over 13 roaches and I gotta go to work. So this weekend I’m setting off more bombs. Oh and let’s not leave out the nets that seem to hang in the house. It’s at the point that when my lease is up I’m taking none of my furniture, I barely want to take my clothes. If you have to live here then here’s my warning… if you can find somewhere else DO IT!!!! I wish I had better photos but I will.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had while living in a apartment the mold issues have not yet been properly addressed when maintenance came by to check the mold and immediately said this is not mold even before testing and worst part of it all the manager stoped by to check for her self she tried calling me dirty even though the hvac system is the issue and my home is very well kept, all of the mold started from the hvac the manager should clean up her nasty act and be REAL!! this a bug infested mold infested nasty apartment With terrible structural damage don’t waste your money the management is terrible and doesn’t realize her job is more than just showing up to work trying to take advantage of people THE MANAGERS DESERVE TO LOOSE THERE JOBS SAME WITH THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Leasing office staff are all rude and lier, they don’t care about their customers and trying to make them fool, never show even minimum effort to address customers concerns .
Visitor parking is just a trap and a good business for them.
I hope I can reach property owner to share my complain with them.
