  I had the best experience with the property management team especially Breyona she was the greatest. She really down to earth and she was there when I didn’t understand. She helped in so many ways to get me in my new apartment home. Thank you so much!!!

  Rental office/ management: In the midst of everything Gina in the main office gave me top tier customer service. I had two issues and one question; she made me feel seen and addressed all my concerns. I wish my cellphone company would treat me like this.

  I would like to thank the leasing agent Breyona Jones for all of her help. She was amazing from the time I went to tour, to applying for an apartment. She communicated effectively, she answered all my questions and was just extremely helpful throughout my applying process. I look forward to moving to there.

  Although I was scheduled to move in next month, unforeseen changes prevented me from doing so. Throughout the entire process, Gina was extremely patient, honest, and pleasant. I truly appreciate her dedication and willingness to help the community. She was transparent from the beginning about the property being under new management when I first toured, and I’m glad she’s part of the transformation. Her professionalism and care did not go unnoticed.

  I’ve lived in several apartments and this was by far the worst experience. In the beginning, the assistant PM was so nice and helpful. Once I got my keys, a whole different story. I began to notice mice daily, eventually my AC was turned off and I did not receive one temporary AC unit until weeks after, mold in my kitchen, a leaky ceiling, etc. I thought living in the same building as the leasing office was a perk. WRONG. The PM was fired a few months into my lease, then I was seeing new leasing agents every few months. Let’s not get into the parking situation. The outside of this property is beautiful and deceiving.
