I usually never write reviews BUT i’m very unhappy. Me and my family move in 2019. The Office used to give you 2 parking stickers for unit.a free visitor parking pass. Now parking increasingly difficult specially during evenings and weekends poor weather, or when carrying groceries or personal items. In some cases, this also raises safety and accessibility concerns. If you work late, you will have to park on other side of the building if you’re lucky. The office reserved more parking spaces for visitors (Parking payment is required) than for the residents. I only have one car my neighbors have more than 3 cars looks like they have assigned parking spaces. They leave one car or 2 saving parking spots for theirs other car's (right in front of my unit they have plenty of parking spaces in front of theirs) The limited availability often results in residents (like me) having to park far from their units or spend significant time searching for a space. is ridiculous. I park on the back of my build Most of the time now I have to park far from my unit walk every morning to the car with my kids in this cold weather. Very inconvenient. Also if you try to call the office at 9am or 9:30am they never answer the phone. I asked for a carpet replacement since I have more than 5 years in the same unit I’m only asking to get replacement of the living room carpet they came to see the carpet like 3 times already and they haven’t DONE ANYTHING. Very RIDICULOUS.

DONT MOVE HERE!!! The management here have to the most incompetent people you will ever deal with. The lack of urgency and care for residents is RIDICULOUS! Since we moved in there were issues with management staying on top of things and informing us on what was needed just to move in. My roommate had an issue with something that was said by a maintenance guy that was working in our apartment and when it was addressed to him he then called her “ghetto”. Something crazy to say to a black women being white/Hispanic whatever he was. We address this issues and any on going issues with their manager Jasmine Osegueda since Sharlen Sejas was of no avail. Once I realize that nothing was going to be done with the lack urgency from the property manager Sharlen, who we have sent emails and contacted the office for issues with the apartment, ROACHES, and addition on the lease that was also promise to be handled in February but didn’t get any updates or new information till June once her boss was called (Jasmine OSegueda) I then gave up on trying to find solutions and just said I will only contact for major issues. Then because I wasn’t added on to the lease parking became an issue because they decided to add a new parking policy where you have to pay $10 A DAY to park while also paying rent. So i then contacted Jasmine again and complained of the already issues that was occurring such as not being able to get in contact or even get a response back from management in which she told me that “She hired this management team, and that they are great employees.” I don’t see how that is when you have bad reviews from YEARS of the same thing relating to your management team at Knight bridge. I was also told that the FREE visitor’s parking will still be available and will be first come first serve but still got my car towed after parking in the visitors spot! Then my roommate had an issue with her window that will leak every time it rain, she had put in an maintenance request in March and realized when she was going to put one in September that it was still there. She called Jasmine again and not even 30 minutes later there was a 90 day notice on our door! I went to talk to Sharlen Sejas and she tells me she doesn’t have to have a reason to not renew our lease and then tells me that she didn’t renew it cause my roommate made complaints about the staff. Then told me I can speak with her lawyer. Sharlen Sejas is the most disgusting, evil person I’ve ever encountered. She shouldn’t even have a job she doesn’t even act like she wants to do her job anyway!
