I just closed last Tuesday, and the entire journey was far more seamless and stress-free than I ever imagined buying a home could be. From start to finish, Rob, Cat, and Frank made the process feel approachable and easy to navigate. They were consistently communicative, answered every question, and took the time to ensure I understood each step. I want to give special recognition to Frank, my Project Manager, who went above and beyond throughout the build. He kept me informed every step of the way, patiently addressed all of my “new homeowner” questions, and provided the kind of knowledge and transparency that gave me complete peace of mind. Thanks to this team’s professionalism, support, and dedication, I’m now happily settling into my new home — and couldn’t be more grateful!

They were very patient and informative every step of the way. I also had an amazing builder named Frank. Frank was one of a kind. He built me a beautiful home . Frank sent me pictures throughout the whole building process. If I had any questions regarding my property he responded in a timely fashion. Frank wasn’t just a builder but he felt like family because he actually cared about his clients and he wanted to make us happy. That means a lot. A lot of people are in businesses only because of the money but you can tell that he was in it for much more . Buying a house is very stressful but when you have people like the ones I listed above it made my process so much smoother and easier. Thank all of you again ☺️☺️
