I intentionally waited till the initial excitement of a home purchase waned and there was no incentive for the team to provide exceptional service to make a sale. A special shout out to the dream team that is Ben and Bobby. From the initial meeting with Ben to the handover to Bobby, my experience at Creekside has been amazing. When you purchase new construction, the expectation is for everything to be perfect which is unrealistic as nothing in life is. However the team at Creekside is eager to resolve any challenges, ensuring the best customer experience. I am not everyone's cup of tea but the respect and care that Ben and Bobby have is unparalleled. I can't speak of Pulte as a builder in other regions so this review is specific to my experience at Creekside and mid Atlantic remote staff supporting this community. The community is an active construction site, but the team does a good job at trying not impede on those of us who live here. You will not regret making the move.
