  My sister and I toured the community today with LaToya and received exceptional customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience seamless. We were thoroughly impressed with the apartment’s cleanliness and the minimal additional fees charged. We have already submitted our application.   From the moment I walked into Woodmoore Grand Apartments, I knew I was somewhere special. I was greeted with warm smiles and truly above and beyond customer service. Latoya and Paul were not only professional they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help. Latoya gave me a tour, and her enthusiasm was contagious. The way she showcased the amenities and walked me through the building made me even more excited about the possibility of calling this place home. Her knowledge, energy, and care made the entire experience unforgettable. Latoya and Paul were very patient in helping me throughout the entire process. Because of the outstanding service from both Latoya and Paul, the beautiful property, and the perfect location, my decision became easy. I am proud to say I am now an official resident of Woodmoore Grand Apartments and I absolutely love it here, and I will gladly recommend this community and these exceptional team members to my family and friends.   Did a tour here recently and I have to say it was amazing! The amenities, the ambiance, the neighbors, everything seemed so perfect! This review is really for Ashley, the leasing agent! She was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding! She was able to answer every question we had and truly sold the place!
